Take stock of your fixtures, tools and equipment to ensure you’ll have everything needed to complete upcoming jobs.
Follow Up on Emails, Phone Calls
You’ll respond to requests for estimates, finalize marketing plans with OLP’s support team, correspond with vendors and more.
Detail for clients what jobs you’ll do, how you’ll do them and include cost estimates and timelines.
Conduct Lighting Design Consultations
Help bring your clients’ visions to fruition and work within their budgets by presenting OLP’s world-class solutions.
Have Lunch with a Trade Alliance Partner
Get together with builders, architects and pool installers to explore cross-marketing opportunities.
Review the Marketing Plan Weekly
Look at what’s working and what isn’t and fine-tune your marketing efforts to generate more leads.
Check on the Install Team at the Job Site
Conduct quality control to ensure the project is going smoothly and your crew is on pace.
